I'm Ryan Kiapour, and I run Ovatio. This page explains what happens when you sign up for early access.

What I collect

• Your email address.
• Your answer to the optional question, if you choose one (where you're at).
• A referral code made from your email, and the code of whoever invited you, if anyone did.
• Which signup form on the page you used.

Your checklist progress is stored only in your own browser. It is never sent to me.

Why

To tell you about the Ovatio course: early access, the launch, and important updates. Your answer helps decide what the course covers. Referral codes are used to count referrals.

Where it's stored

Signups are collected through Formspree. I don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask me to see or delete your information, by emailing ryan@ryancodes.xyz.

If you're under 13

Please ask a parent or guardian before signing up. In some countries the age is higher (up to 16), so check what applies where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
